Here at Total Commando Fitness I conduct training for adults of all ages and both genders, providing a concise personalised workout schedule and nutritonal advice to help you achieve your goals. If you have tried and failed before in normal gyms, my passion and enthusiasm for helping you succeed will give you the inspiration you require.
I am the personal trainer for you
As a fully trained British Commando, I serve in 3 Commando Brigade and I have to be at my peak physical fitness. The tough challenges of Army life taught me that both physical and mental commitment are needed to keep my body in top condition. After deploying to Afghanistan I felt the desire to train others in much the same way I've been trained, using a combination of intense physical training and mental conditioning.
With me as your personal trainer, I'll make sure that you reach new levels of fitness and look and feel great because of it, but through workouts that are enjoyable!
I do this by conducting short, sharp sessions that are constantly varied - they're always changing. I strive to keep things different and interesting so you never get bored.
